All our bikes are built to order by our fully certified workshop staff.
Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be despatched
the same day.
Delivery is within 48 hours of despatch (Monday to Friday only)
Saturday home delivery is available, alternatively you can click and
collect from your local Cinelli Retailer - for more details see below
FREE STANDARD
UK HOME DELIVERY
FREE UK Home Delivery on all Bikes via DPD. This is a courier
service delivering between Monday and Friday. On the morning
of your delivery you will receive a notification via email with your
1 hour delivery slot.
Your bike will be delivered with a quick start guide to
get you ready for your first ride. If you are unsure in anyway
about setting your bike up before your first ride
please consult a professional bike mechanic.
SATURDAY DELIVERY
DPD Saturday delivery is also available for an additional £46 for Bikes or £26 for Framesets, you can select these options at checkout.
OPTIONAL CLICK & COLLECT
When making your purchase you can also choose to click
and collect your bike from your local Cinelli retailer.
Delivery to store is within 48 hours. Please contact your
selected retailer to arrange collection.
Bikes purchased through a retailer or via click and collect
will be set-up for your in-store.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship our bikes all around the world via DPD.
Delivery is within 7 to 28 days depending on your
delivery country.
Please contact us for a quote stating the size/model you
would like to purchase, and your delivery address so
we can confirm the cost of delivery.
International delivery to European addresses is £65. Delivery to addresses outside of Europe is possible, but you will need to contact us for a quote before purchase.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If you have changed your mind, you can return items from your order (new and un-used) to us at the address below for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.

For bike returns it is always a good idea to keep the original packing when you receive your bike, so it can be reused in the event that you need to return the bike to us. However if your bike box is damaged or you do not have a suitable one to return your bike in, we can dispatch a new box to you at a cost of £25. Please contact us if you need to do this.
I’VE RIDDEN THE BIKE CAN IT STILL BE RETURNED?
You can try your bike and still return it, under our 30-Day Test Ride
Policy. However there are fair usage guidelines and some exclusions
to this policy. For full details on our 30-Day Test Ride policy click here.
CAN YOU COLLECT THE BIKE FROM ME?
If you would like us to arrange collection of your bike by courier
we can arrange this for you free of charge. Please contact us if
you require this service. Free collection is not available on bikes
purchased from other retailers. International customers
are responsible for return costs.
If you pay for a delivery service, we will not refund the delivery cost
unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent to you.
MY BIKE ARRIVED
DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the unfortunate event that your bike arrives damaged please
contact us immediately, so we can get this resolved quickly for you.
Please retain all packaging and make sure to get in contact within
24 hours of receipt of your bike.
If you receive your delivery and the outer packaging is damaged you
should sign for it as such.
WHAT’S THE SMALL PRINT?
We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund under this policy
in the event we inspect the products and observe any of the following:
- The products have been returned to us in an unsaleable condition.
- The products appear to have been deliberately damaged.
- The product has been modified from the original specification in which it was supplied.
- Damage has been caused by the customer failing to follow the quick start guide, included with every bike purchased from us directly.
- Damage has been caused by the customer failing to seek advice from a professional bicycle mechanic if they are unsure about setting up their bike correctly.
- Use of the bicycle for abnormal, competition and/or commercial activities or for purposes other than those for which the bicycle was designed. For example, if a road specific model has been used in an offroad situation.
In addition to the above custom painted/custom size frames are not
eligible for return/refund unless they are faulty.
